Energy

 In the context of the "Law of Attraction," energy refers to the idea that our thoughts and emotions are essentially vibrational energy, and by focusing on positive energy, we attract positive experiences and outcomes into our lives, while negative energy attracts negative experiences, based on the principle that "like attracts like.". Key points about Law of Attraction energy:

  • Positive mindset:The core belief is that by maintaining a positive mindset and focusing on desired outcomes, you can attract them into your life through the energy you emit. 
  • Vibrational frequency:Thoughts and feelings are considered to have a specific vibrational frequency, and aligning your energy with what you want to attract is key. 
  • Manifestation:The process of actively using the Law of Attraction to bring something into your life is often called "manifestation".

Meditation

 The English meditation is derived from Old French meditacioun, in turn from Latin meditatio from a verb meditari, meaning "to think, contemplate, devise, ponder.  

Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique to train attention and awareness and detach from reflexive, "discursive thinking," achieving a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state, while not judging the meditation process itself.

Techniques are broadly classified into focused (or concentrative) and open monitoring methods. Focused methods involve attention to specific objects like breath or mantras while open monitoring includes mindfulness and awareness of mental events.

Meditation is practiced in numerous religious traditions, though it is also practised independently from any religious or spiritual influences for its health benefits. The earliest records of meditation are found in the Upanishads. Meditation may significantly reduce stress, fear, anxiety, depression, pain, and enhance peace, perception, self-concept, and well-being.
